McDonald’s is a fast-food restaurant chain that was initiated by the McDonald brothers, Maurice McDonalds and Richard McDonald in 1940 in San Bernardino, California later on in 1954 Ray Kroc also join them and make many efforts for the success of McDonald’s. McDonald’s has also a huge investment in real estate.
In 1930, the McDonalds family moved from Manchester to California, where Maurice McDonald and Richard McDonald started working as a handyman at motion picture studios and their father Patrick McDonald opened the air dome a food stand on Huntington Drive route near Los Angeles. The hot dog was one of the first items sold and later on, hamburgers were also added. Later on, after some time the name restaurant was renamed McDonald’s barbecue and 25 items were added to the menu.
After 1947, the Mcdonalds brothers realized that most of their profits came from hamburgers and then they closed down their car Hawk drive-in to establish a streamlined system with a simple menu that consisted of only hamburgers, cheeseburgers, potato chips, and some other items.
The next year French fries and milkshakes were also introduced and then car hubs were eliminated a self-serviced restaurant was introduced by McDonald’s Family in 1948 and its name was simply “McDonald’s”. and then in 1952, McDonald Brothers moved towards a new building with 2 goals which were to improve further efficiency and eye-catching appearance.
Mcdonalds’ became a fast-food restaurant chain and real estate industry. later on, in 1955, Ray Kroc also became a partner of McDonald’s.

In Pakistan, McDonald’s entered in September 1998 in Lahore and their successful journey started in Pakistan now there are around about 72 restaurants of McDonald’s in 24 main cities of Pakistan serving millions of customers.
